Why is it different?

Because it works fast.

The falling asleep exercise included in the Free Starter can help you fall asleep on the first try.

The loop exercise, a part of the Main Program, is even more effective.

You will quickly realise that these exercises are short but very relaxing. They quiet the mind, reduce brain activity, and help you fall asleep.

They are particularly beneficial when you are anxious, stressed, overworked, or dealing with the challenges of menopause.

During the course, you will master falling asleep and learn how to dissolve your anxiety, stress, and other unwanted feelings.

You will also learn to manage your attention more effectively, which helps clear 'brain fog' and enhances your productivity and creativity.

...

This method is based on the Open Focus theory.

Open Focus theory describes four main attention styles and explains how our attention affects mood and physical health.

It was formulated by Dr. Lester Fehmi, who studied the brain using brain scanning technology (electroencephalography) for over 40 years.

This course is an excellent introduction to Open Focus theory and practice.

How much time will it require?

The primary goal is to teach you how to fall asleep WITHOUT needing to listen to the exercises.

On average, this requires 2-3 weeks of dedicated practice

Once you experience it, it will stay with you forever.

Remember that you can practice instead of tossing and turning in bed when you struggle to fall asleep.

At least you will feel you do something productive.

...

You get instant access to all weeks of content, but it is recommended that you do the exercises in the suggested order for maximum benefit.

Dr Tomasz Kopec

Open Focus Attention Trainer

Who is Dr Tomasz Kopec?

Dr Tomasz has 32 years of combined experience helping patients as a medical doctor and coaching students as an Open Focus attention trainer. He understands the common problems, pitfalls, and confusing aspects and how to overcome them.

He's seen many people achieve goals and develop skills they did not imagine possible before starting the training. They can fall asleep when they choose, substantially reduce or completely stop physical pain, regulate their stress levels, dissolve unwanted feelings, and more.

His personal experience and that of his students show that practicing Open Focus attention (flexible attention) transforms how one feels about oneself and the world.

You become a very peaceful and loving human being.

There are people around you who already benefit from flexible attention skills

Thank you Dr Tomasz for this amazing content. I really like how interactive your videos are helping us to understand the difference between the two styles of attention. It is true! All life we were told to “ focus” by our parents at school etc which keeps us in constant alert mode..I lovingly want to let this  old style go :-)))) and create  a new habit of “diffusing “ and bring more stillness and calmness to my life. I am already practicing your great exercises from starter section regularly especially when walking in nature and they’ve already improved the quality of my life enormously. I am excited about this main programme.
Thank you so much!

I found this fascinating & rivetting - thank you so much! Your presentations are really excellent.
I realised when doing the 'experiment' with diffuse attention that I both could not think what day of the week it was at the same time as focussing on my hands, but I did not want to come out of that relaxed state. I am always amazed how fast I can get into that relaxed non thinking state. And I am grateful that you share your real life experiences as it massively brings all this to life. Looking forwards to more...

You explained the experience of space so well and how you came to this realisation was amazing. So simple and obvious and yet so profound. I am now really encouraged to keep becoming aware of space in a relaxed way so that it becomes effortlessly habitual.

I have been using Dr Tomasz Kopec’s Open Focus Attention programme for some months now. I have been finding it most beneficial in helping me fall sleep, return to sleep when waking early, and calm my nervous system. I have found it to be a very restful and supportive programme to enhance and increase my sleep and relaxation. The programme is well thought out, supportive, thorough, with all aspects of Open Focus Attention carefully explained to the participant.I recommend this programme very highly for those who have trouble falling asleep or staying asleep.

Recently I purchased Dr Tomasz Kopec's Morning Insomnia course. I haven't finished going through all the exercises yet. But it is very helpful. What I particularly like about it is that Tomasz uses a technique called Open Focus to help relax people who can't sleep well due to tension, stress, etc.
I discovered OF (Open Focus) back in 2014. My beloved husband passed away suddenly, which was very difficult to deal with of course. A therapist told me about a book by Dr. Les Fehmi, Dissolving Pain. I was suffering from both emotional and physical pain.
Dr Fehmi discovered this method using neurofeedback. I found that it was a quick and easy way to calm the nervous system, and it just helped so much.
I have used it ever since. Dr Kopec is one if very few OF practitioners still using the method nowadays.
This is a testimonial for Dr Kopec's course. I don't think there is a more effective method for keeping calm, relieving pain, and in this case, for helping with insomnia.
